Please contact us before any return or exchange at email@example.com, we are glad to help. Damaged products will not be exchanged, with the exception of those damaged during shipping or defective products. You can return your item for a store credit, we do not issue refunds.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final sale.

You can return your item for a store credit, we do not issue refunds on any order made on www.fundamentalmx.ca. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will receive a store credit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, it will be returned to you at your own cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns from the United States:
Items must be declared as “Canadian Merchandise return”. Packages incurring customs fees will be refused.
Items must be declared as “Returned Canadian Goods” on the customs declaration. Any additional costs incurred if this has not been done will be deducted from your store credits.
