How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number of your parcel. If you have not received an e-mail, please check your junk mail and whether you provided the correct e-mail address through the checkout process. If you live on the Island of Montreal, we will notify you via e-mail the day and time of delivery.

Is it possible to go pick-up my order?
Yes, as soon as you receive notification via e-mail that your order is ready. Please, let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Why does my product differ in tone and veining from the ones in the product pictures?
As stated in the description of every product, due to the unique nature of marble, the color and patterns may differ slightly. No two pieces are alike, so it is to be expected variation in base tones and veining. We believe there is a beauty in this natural variation.
Matte & Glossy finishes
For all products glossy and matte finishes are specified in the color option of the product page.
White marble: grey-black veining may be high or low. In some cases it is normal to see orange-yellow spots.
Pink marble: it is normal to present light grey and yellow veins.
Black marble: although uncommon, it is normal to see sometimes small white and orange veins.
Grey marble: it may present dark little dots besides white veining.
Dark grey - white marble (Mazahua) : The percentages of white - dark grey veining areas may differ in all pieces. There might be more white or more grey areas.
How does your return and exchange policy work?
Please contact us before any return or exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org , we are glad to help. Damaged products will not be exchanged, with the exception of those damaged during shipping or defective products. You can return your item for a store credit, we do not issue refunds.

What are the recommendations to take care of my marble product?
For maintenance, we suggest using a damp cloth with soap and water to wipe clean as needed, then dried immediately. Avoid using any chemical solvents or strong detergents.
As we do not use chemical coating, it is normal for stains to appear on the natural finish of the marble with prolonged exposure to the sun and with various foods. Some examples of foods to avoid include: grapes, lemon, lime, cheeses, oil and wine. We advise using it only with dry foods.
